 Debido a que ofrecemos servicio de Apartaestudios para corta, mediana y larga estadía, nos diferenciamos a los servicios de un hotel, a continuación tenemos un listado de preguntas frecuentes de nuestros clientes que pueden aclarar las diferencias de servicio.

  • ¿Dotación de implementos de aseo?

    Brindamos dotación de jabón y papel higiénico una sola vez a la llegada de los huéspedes. 

     

     • ¿Check-in fuera de horario de oficina 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM?

     

     Debido a que no tenemos servicio de conserjería 24 horas, pedimos a nuestros huéspedes que nos dejen saber la hora aproximada de su llegada a nuestras instalaciones, para poder coordinar a uno de nuestros empleados para que los reciba sin algún costo adicional, solo pedimos un aviso previo a 8 horas de la hora de llegada. Si no nos puede informar su hora aproximada de llegada y ésta es dentro de las 5:00 PM y 8:00 AM o el fin de semana no le podemos asegurar que se encuentre algún empleado para recibirlo y atenderlo. 

     

     • ¿Servicio de calentadores? 

     Ofrecemos servicio de arriendo de calentadores con un mínimo costo de $5.000 COP día. 

     

     • ¿Cómo es el servicio de aseo? 

     Brindamos servicio de aseo (2) dos veces por semana, no se hace servicio de aseo diario, los días de aseo se hace cambio de toallas y sábanas, se hacen cambios de toallas fuera de los días de aseo a petición del huésped sin cargos adicionales. 

     

     • ¿Se aceptan mascotas?

     No aceptamos mascotas. 

     

     • ¿Es permitido fumar?

     De acuerdo con la ley colombiana, no es permitido fumar dentro de los apartaestudios, tenemos a disposición de los fumadores una terraza y dos patios para esta actividad.

Because we offer the service of apartment suites for short, intermediate, and long stay we differ form the services of a hotel, we have a frequent list of questions from our guests that can clarify the difference of the service.

  • Do you offer laundry service?

     Yes, we have laundry service with a cost of $ 3.000 COP per pound, and $5.000 COP with ironing, the service is in house. 

  • Do you Provide toiletries?

     We bring bathroom soap and toilet paper only at the time of arrival, no refills. 

     

     • Do you have concierge service?

     No, we have an office that is open from 8:00 AM till 5:00 PM (Mon - Fri) and from 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM on Saturday, is closed on Sundays and holidays. If a guest has an emergency or need to contact us we can be useful by phone or whats up. 

     

     • Can we check-in after office hours?

     We do NOT have 24 hrs concierge service, we ask our clients to let us know in advance their approximate time of arrival and if it is after office hours, or on weekends or holidays we coordinate someone to greet them without additional cost, we only ask for a previous notice of 8 hours, if a guest arrives outside office hours and we don't hear from them there are chances there will not be someone to greet them. 

     

     • Do you offer heaters service?

     We have heaters for rent, with a cost of $5.000 COP a day. 

     

     • How does the cleaning service work?

     We offer cleaning service twice a week, we don't do daily cleaning service, on the cleaning days we change bed sheets and towels, we do linen changes per request without extra fees. 

     

     • Do you accept pets?

     No pets allowed. 

     

     • Is it allowed to smoke?

     According to the Colombian law, it is not allowed to smoke inside the apartments, we have a terrace and two patios that guests can use for this purpose.
