Frequently asked questions and destinations

Because we offer studio apartment services for short, medium, and long stays, we differ from hotel services. Below is a list of frequently asked questions from our clients that may clarify the service differences.

  • Provision of cleaning supplies?

    We provide soap and toilet paper only once upon guest arrival.

  • CHECK-IN

    We have concierge service from 8am to 5pm. For check-in before or after these hours, we will coordinate with one of our staff members to meet you. To do this, we ask our guests to let us know their approximate arrival time at our facilities. We request 5 hours' notice before arrival, or you can contact us via WhatsApp.

    Late check-in: Check-in after 10pm has an additional cost of $15,000 COP

    Early check-in: Check-in is from 2pm, but check-in before this time is allowed if the studio apartment is available. If it is not available, we will store your luggage for the convenience of the guests until the check-in time at 2pm.

  • CHECK-OUT

    Check-out time is 12:00 PM

    Check-out is flexible depending on room availability, and there is a charge of 10,000 COP per additional hour of stay.

  • Water heater service

    We offer heater rental service with a minimum cost of $5,000 COP per day.

  • What is the cleaning service like?

    Monthly stays: Cleaning service (1) once a week, with change of towels and sheets, towel changes are made outside of cleaning days at the guest's request at no additional charge.


    Overnight stays: daily cleaning service with change of sheets and towels.

  • Are pets allowed?

    We do not accept pets.

  • Is smoking allowed?

    According to Colombian law, smoking is not allowed inside studio apartments and/or in common areas.
